At Macrame Style, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital products and downloadable files.
- Gift cards.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Items damaged due to misuse.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the item.
- Photos of the packaging.
We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was sent, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Lost Packages
If your package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
